For your convenience we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also have CareCredit available for your convenience. It is a medical/dental credit plan that can be opened for you at our office. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We can accept assignment of your dental insurance reimbursement, but the estimated share determined by our staff in conjunction with you insurance carrier, must be paid in full or other arrangements made prior to the start of your treatment. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 706.324.3636. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage or payment.

We will send you a statement when your insurance company has paid on your behalf. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but that must be done prior to the actual procedure. Any overpayment will be refunded within 30 business days of the receipt of your insurance payment.
